Birch Tree Pilates Studio
I’m Sarah Stroin, the owner of Birch Tree Pilates. A regular pilates practice with me provides strength, flexibility, and grace with which to navigate and respond to life, much like the way the lithe and limber birch tree exists in nature. As a dancer, ballet teacher and Pilates instructor I have spent years studying, and being, a body in motion. This experience allows me to approach my clients’ care methodologically and holistically: incorporating all aspects of each unique person with precise focus and my highly trained eye, to create a movement program that makes you feel stronger, more flexible and balanced, and in some cases, working to recover from injury. My practice includes training clients on the Pilates reformer, trapeze table, chair, barrel and mat incorporating props and other movement modalities such as dance and the Franklin Method.
