My Berkeley studio location is a small, private studio with room for only one instructor and two clients maximum. This space provides a uniquely private experience for a focused practice.
The studio has:
One combination reformer/ trapeze table
One reformer with tower attachment
One wunda chair
One ladder barrel
Many props and tools to enhance your practice.

I teach Pilates sessions at Root & Limb Pilates studio located at 746 Gilman Street, Berkeley, CA 94710.
- Parking: Please park in a Visitor spot in the parking lot or on 4th Street. Visitor spots are limited, but you should be able to find one. If not, there is street parking on 4th.
When facing the parking lot from Gilman, we are in a building straight across the other side of the lot. - When you arrive: Please call or text me at 510-343-5666 when you get to the building and I will come down and let you in. We are located on the second floor up a short flight of stairs and there is no elevator.
