A single Pilates session is 50 minutes.

The best way to see results is 2 sessions per week, but many of my clients come only once per week and see results after just a few weekly sessions in their relationship to their body and movement patterns.

Pilates is meant to be practiced in comfortable clothing that allows you to stretch and move your body (no tight fitting jeans for example), but really anything goes!

My clients frequently tell me that they love Pilates because they see and feel the results of an exercise program without feeling like they have done a lot of exercise! Pilates is for EVERYONE–a good instructor (like me!) will be able to tailor your session to your exact needs in the moment and leave you feeling better, longer and stronger than when you arrived.
